Build once, reuse every term. Questions are organized by class, subject, and topic, and support nine question types — multiple choice, true/false, fill-in-the-gap, theory, math, and image, audio, video, or diagram-based questions. Teachers can submit questions for admin approval, every edit is tracked with a version history, and bulk CSV import/export means a term's worth of questions can be loaded in minutes instead of typed one by one.
Compose each subject's paper by hand-picking questions or letting the system auto-select a set number at random from a topic — while automatically keeping already-used questions out of the mix. Set the duration, pass mark, negative marking, shuffled questions and options, calculator access, number of attempts, and exactly when results become visible to students. Nothing goes live until every subject on the paper actually has questions attached.
When a student sits an exam, the platform requests fullscreen automatically, tracks tab switches, copy/paste, right-click, and dev-tools attempts, and auto-submits the paper if a student crosses the violation threshold. Answers autosave continuously, so a dropped connection or a refreshed page never costs a student their work — and a color-coded question navigator makes it easy for students to flag questions and review before submitting.
Multiple choice, true/false, and fill-in-the-gap questions are graded the moment a student submits. Theory, math, and media-based answers go straight into a manual grading queue for teachers, and every grade automatically recalculates the student's total score, percentage, and pass/fail status — so a partially marked exam is never mistaken for a finished one.
A full results dashboard with class averages, highest/lowest scores, pass rates, and a top-ten leaderboard. Publish results per subject with automatic class ranking, export everything to CSV, and print broadsheets and report cards directly from the system — with configurable comment bands so remarks are generated consistently across the school.
Academic sessions and terms with automatic activation based on real dates, one-click student promotion between classes with a full promotion history, bulk student and teacher onboarding via CSV with auto-generated login credentials, and printable ID cards and login slips — no separate software needed.
This is a true multi-tenant system: every school's data — students, questions, results, payments — is completely isolated from every other school on the platform.
